Terms of Service

Any person, or group of persons, whom utilize any offered services (including but not limited to shell accounts, e-mail, and web hosting) in any way, shape, or form (herein "Services") shall be bound to this document as long as Services are utilized.

1. 
   Acceptance - Upon payment of Services, these policies, and any subsequent changes to them, shall be followed by the user of Services. Every effort will be made to notify users when this document is updated, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the users to know and understand the material in this document. Any questions may be forwarded to the support staff at any time.
    
2. 
   Usage - Use of Services, in any way, shape, or form, for the distribution of pirated material ('warez'), unauthorized access to private or public computer systems ('hacking'), unsolicited advertisements ('spam'), [distributed] Denial of Services attacks ('DDoS'), firewall or ban evasion ('proxying'), harassment, or for use in any unethical, immoral, unjust, or illegal programs, forums, or other means of transferring information or any action which endangers a person or a person's well being is hereby prohibited. This section also explicitly prohibits any user from willingly or knowingly causing any droolin.net’s server from becoming involved in any of the aforementioned activities, whether it be the source, destination, or an intermediary of any kind.

1. Resources - In addition to above stated general Usage policies, any processes or files residing on any of our  hosted server are prohibited from utilizing excessively large amounts of resources including, but not limited to, disk space, memory, CPU time, and network bandwidth. Processes in violation of this section will be terminated. Repeat offences from one user may result in a terms of service violation subject to section (viii).
    
2. General Resources - Users are prohibited from utilizing or accessing any of droolin.net’s resources not meant for general public usage, such as those which have been disabled, masked, or purposefully redacted by the Administration.

1. Sharing - Services may not be shared, distributed, sold, re-sold, rented, exchanged, or given to any third party person or group of persons.
    
2. Accountability - The billable owner of each account is solely responsible for any and all activities for which the account is involved.
    
5. 
   Contacts - Accurate contact information for each user whom utilizes Services shall be collected and kept confidential. However, it will be released to any proper governmental, administrative, or enforcement agency which requests it. A valid, current e-mail address is required for administrative contact and information dissemination.
    
6. 
   Cancellation/Refunds - Services may be cancelled at any time for no additional cost. Proper identification and proof of ownership is required. Refunds will be available for any remaining time over one month.

1. Administrative Tasks - Administrative tasks, including, but not limited to username changes, password changes, and custom vhost changes, are available at no cost. However, the service may be denied if the Administration believes that it is being requested for purposes of evasion or harassment.
    
2. Support – droolin.net offers support for all company and server-related issues. While we do not explicitly offer support for any specific third-party software, we will do our best to help users get set up and running on our servers. Users should ALWAYS consult software documentation before running software.
   
   Bug reports, suggestions, and general operational support should be directed to the author of the software and/or their technical support alternatives.
    
3. Services Availability - While every effort is made for Services to be available on a continuous basis, a guarantee of 100% server uptime can not be made. If there is a prolonged period of downtime, then accounts will be prorated based on a normal billing cycle.
    
8. 
   Abuse - Any infringements on the above stated Policies can result in, at minimum, loss of Services. Fees based on the required administrative tasks may be billed to the user's account. Accounts terminated under this section are not eligible for refunds of any kind.
    
9. 
   Zero-tolerance – droolin.net has a strict zero-tolerance policy in regards to the terms of service contained here.
    
10. 
    Privacy Policy – droolin.net does not sell, trade, or otherwise disseminate the personal information of its users except as legally required by the laws of the United States..
