20080203 - We no longer offer FTP service to your shells. This decision was made due to FTP being a very insecure mode of accessing a shell. To transfer files to your shell, you will need to use ssh. We suggest that you use the free client WinSCP which like FTP is a drag and drop windows application for transferring files, but in a secure manner.
